Contrary to the traditional Finnish sauna, the Infrared Sauna heats directly the body through the infrared but not the room.
The infrared penetrates deeply into the body’s core to heat it from the inside; the body in fact, in this particular sauna, assimilates the heat more quickly than in a Finnish sauna.
In an Infrared sauna, temperatures can reach 40°C – 60°C, cooler than in a traditional Finnish sauna and air becomes more breathable; as a consequence the permanence time in the sauna increases, in fact sessions can last up to half an hour.
